這門課不把國際企業管理當成名詞表，而是把每一個概念放回公司真正會遇到的選擇。

This course does not treat International Business as a vocabulary list. Every concept is tied to a real choice firms must make.


下半學期會從 Pop Mart 的海外成長、TSMC 的跨國設廠，到韓劇《未生》裡的組織現場，練習把故事轉成管理判斷。

In the second half, we use Pop Mart, TSMC, and workplace scenes from Misaeng to turn stories into management judgment.

為何選擇這部戲？ Why this drama?
大多數 IB 課程只談「策略」，卻忽略了「執行」。《未生》以一家綜合商社（One International）為背景，真實還原了： Most IB courses talk about "Strategy" but ignore "Execution". Misaeng is set in a Trading Company (One International) and realistically portrays:
  • 國際貿易實務： 信用狀 (L/C)、提單 (B/L) 的流轉與風險。 Trade Practice: L/C, B/L workflows and risks.
  • 代理問題 (Agency Problem)： 朴科長弊案完美詮釋了經理人如何自肥。 Agency Problem: Manager Park case illustrates self-dealing.
